Phew! Bangkok is taking on a different feel these days. I am sure you have heard much in the news about what is going on. Please know that I am safe and am taking precautions to ensure that I continue to stay safe! :) There have been a few clashes in BKK one last night and a few today. BUT mostly protests have remained PEACEFUL. I am a bit nervous but please know the media often shows the worst of what is occurring. I may decide to stay with a friend for the remainder of the holiday but am unsure.
With that said, I am a little disappointed with my Song Kran holiday. What should have been a holiday where everyone literally throws water on each other has turned more into a long stretch of days where I don't leave the house. I had plans to meet up with friends but because of the roads being blocked we were unable to go. But I am trying to keep a good attitude about my lack of joining in the water fight. Anyways I hope you are doing well! I will update more later!
